#3 – Available Twin-Clutch Sport Control All-Wheel Drive

Speaking of rough winter weather, we love a good all-wheel drive (AWD) system for handling rain, snow, slush, and anything else you encounter as you drive. Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard on the 2026 XT5, which makes sense for a midsize SUV designed as an exquisite daily driver. 

If you go with the incredible Sport trim for the XT5, however, then you get a twin-clutch Sport Control AWD system that delivers a fantastic driving experience as you get around Faribault. With Yaw Control included, this system provides exceptional handling and keeps you in control even when faced with tight cornering and other tricky situations. 

You can choose this AWD system for other trims, too, but the XT5 Sport is certainly a remarkable expression of Cadillac performance and engineering.

If you want to take things to the next level, there’s tri-zone automatic climate control, standard on the Sport trim, with individual settings for you, your front passenger, and the rear seats.

#6 – Available Automatic Parking Assist

Standard safety features on the starting Luxury trim include Automatic Emergency Braking to help you avoid a collision, Front and Rear Park Assist to make maneuvering in parking lots easier, and Lane Keep Assist. 

You also have a fantastic selection of available safety features that take things further, which are standard on the higher trims, like Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Side Blind Zone Alert, to help you avoid vehicles you might not easily see. 

One of our favorite options is Automatic Parking Assist with Braking, which you can activate to automatically get into a parking spot. This system supports both parallel and perpendicular parking while handling steering and braking, making your life easier as you take care of everything you need to do each day.

Bronze, Red, and Blue Accent Packages are available, each providing 20-inch Gloss Black wheels with a center cap in the respective color, plus body decals that add more color.
